Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 28 May 2026

Kishan Singh Foundation deeply values every donation received towards its charitable and humanitarian mission.

All donations made to Kishan Singh Foundation are voluntary contributions used for rural healthcare, Gau Seva, Sant Seva, food distribution, emergency response, relief work, and community welfare activities.

Non-Refundable Donations

All donations made through our website, payment gateway, bank transfer, UPI, or any other authorised payment method are non-refundable.

Once a donation is successfully made, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, as funds may be immediately allocated towards ongoing charitable activities and seva initiatives.

Exceptions

Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake

  • Technical error during payment processing

  • Incorrect transaction caused by payment gateway issue

  • Unauthorised transaction reported by the donor

Refund Request Timeline

Any refund request under exceptional circumstances must be submitted within 7 working days from the date of donation.

The request must include:

  • Donor name

  • Registered mobile number

  • Email address

  • Transaction ID or payment reference number

  • Donation amount

  • Date of transaction

  • Reason for refund request

Approval Of Refund

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval.

Kishan Singh Foundation reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any refund request based on the nature of the transaction, supporting details, and internal verification.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it may take 7 to 14 working days to process, depending on bank, UPI, or payment gateway timelines.

Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used during the donation.

Cancellation Policy

As donations are voluntary charitable contributions and no physical product or service is sold, cancellation is not applicable once the donation is successfully completed.
